The Spanish Revival Series looks to the architectural tradition that shaped much of Southern California in the 1920s and 30s — stucco walls, low-pitched or flat roofs, and simple, geometric forms that respond well to a hot, dry climate. Thick walls and small, deliberate window placement help regulate interior temperature naturally, reducing the home’s reliance on mechanical cooling.

This series currently features one model, the Catalina, a single-story home designed to bring the character of this regional style into a modern, efficiently built kit home. Additional models are planned as the series develops.
